Visitor Waiver and Release of Liability Form

This form must be signed prior to visiting TOY STORY RANCH.

We are very excited about your visit to TOY STORY RANCH!

And, are sure you will have a great time—it will be an experience you will never forget.

(1) Be aware that animals can and will bite. You may feed, pet and groom animals at your own risk.

(2) Please be sure that to wear closed toed shoes.

(3) We often take photos and/or videos of our farm visitors interacting with the animals. These photos may appear on our website, in published materials and/or on Facebook.

(4) Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

 

I wish to visit and/or participate in activities at TOY STORY RANCH sponsored by TOY STORY TEXAS KIDS CLUB, INC. at 2455 Randon Dyer Rd. Rosenberg, TX 77471.

I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity.

I understand that I do so at my own risk.

I hereby release and waive all claims against TOY STORY RANCH and any entities affiliated with the foregoing from liability for any and all loss, damage, injuries, claims, demands, lawsuit, expenses and any other liability of any kind, of or to me or any other person, directly or indirectly arising out of, or in connection with my visit or participation in any activity.

I voluntarily participate in horse related and farm animal related activities. Including but not limited to horseback riding, as well as any and all interaction and handling of the various farm animals provided in the petting zoo, including but not limited to pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, turkeys, etc. It is agreed on behalf of the event attendee and for his/her heirs, assigns and representatives. I further agree to hold harmless, indemnify and reimburse the Released Parties from and for any sums, costs, or expenses incurred by any of the Released Parties or paid by them to any person (including me or my insurers) in connection with any accident, loss, damage or injury sustained by me or others in connection with my attendance, at or participation in, the above described activity. This means that I will reimburse the Released Parties if anyone makes a claim against them based on damages or injuries I may suffer. Such risks include but are not limited to loose dogs, horses and other animals, unpredictable event activities that may cause unpredictable behavior from ponies and animals, etc. NATURES CONDITIONS include but are not limited to, earthquakes, fire, lightning, thunder, extremely heavy winds, rain, snow, sleet, hail, mud, etc. Event Attendee FREELY ASSUMES ANY ALL SUCH RISKS, INCLUDING THE RISK OF ANY NEGLIGENCE OF OWNERS.

I hereby grant TOY STORY RANCH permission to use my likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of TOY STORY RANCH. I hereby irrevocably authorize TOY STORY RANCH to edit, alter, copy exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing TOY STORY RANCH. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph or video.
