1.Can we bring our own food?

Yes!  Toy Story Texas Ranch provides the location, the staff and the activity- all food is provided by the party host. But We also have a catering services as your option.

2.Do you have a refrigerator or freezer for us to store cake or ice cream?

Yes!  we have a small refrigerator or freezer available for use. We recommend bringing ice chest

 

3.Do you have a dress code?

Yes- Please remind all guests to wear closed toed shoes!

 

4. Can we shorten or lengthen activity times?  

No, our parties are specifically designed to fit into the allotted time.

5.What if it rains?  What about extreme heat?

Toy Story Texas Ranch staff are prepared to hold parties rain or shine; We have inside party space. Most activities are outdoors, so we recommend you ask your guests to wear appropriate rain gear.

 

6.What if I need to cancel? Can I use my deposit for another Toy Story Texas Ranch program?

No, unfortunately the $100 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

7.  Can I change my dates?

We will try! With 21 days notice, you may request a date change and our staff will make every effort to accommodate your request.  Note:  there is a new $100 deposit due for any new date reserved.

 

In the event we are unable to find an alternate date, the original reservation will remain valid unless the party is canceled.
